Born in Sweden 1946. Moved to Wisconsin, USA in 2001.
It was time for a change in life. The life had come to a standstill

When I first came here I worked as a Chef for a year.
Then I took my art on the road only to discover that I couldn't live on clean air, beautiful scenery and art shows alone - I actually had to work. So, I went back to the kitchen and opened up my third pizza parlor, my first in USA. You can read some guest comments here.


Now you can order and pick up fresh VIKING bread Saturday mornings.

After have had the restaurant running during four years, I have now changed the opening hours to include Fridays & Saturdays only.
During the week I will market my Art and work with Graphic Design

 
   
 
 
 
 

   


Elroy is known for a couple of things. The Elroy - Sparta Bike trail starts there. Governor Tommy Thompson was born and raised there. If you want another excuse for coming to this small rural town just between Twin Cities and Chicago - come for the surrounding beauty. Or just come for the ride...

Elroy will in the future also be known for Elroy Bike Meet.
